Connection to Nature

Our human aura or field is normally replenished in a number of ways. We derive subtle energy from food, water and the environment. One way in particular in which our aura is replenished is by spending time within the energetic field of plants. Either a group of smaller plants or a tree have sufficient subtle energy in their fields to help revitalize our aura. This is perhaps why it is so beneficial to sit in the shade of a large tree, or to be in the garden for quite a while. Particularly our astral and spiritual bodies are replenished in this way.

However, we sometimes find ourselves feeling disconnected from nature and from plants. Perhaps we have become overstressed or have spent too much time in the concrete jungle of modern cities. Even when we are near plants we don’t feel much connection to them or replenishment of energy. This essence opens us to exchange subtle energy with the nature in general and with the plant kingdom in particular.
