This Falling Leaf Essence is for those who are gripped by the fear of life and hence find decision-making very difficult. Any option has various nebulous or specific fears associated with it. The essence also helps those who have a low self-esteem in a particular area of life and that troubles them. The fear of life can produce a mild split on the mental level, with different parts of the mind wanting to go in different directions, resulting in the person going in neither! This essence clears much of this generalized fear resulting in a stronger sense of self and a lessened tendency to be split around decisions.

Relationship to the Bach Flower Remedy Scleranthus: Scleranthus moderates the indecisiveness, changeability and unreliability characteristic of its picture. Adult dosage – Take 3 drops 3 times daily, orally or apply to wrist and gently massage.
