Vibrant Self-confidence (corresponding to Bach Flower Remedy Centaury)

This is a classic Falling Leaf Essence for self-confidence and strength of will. It releases difficult emotions and false beliefs around self-confidence in order to strengthen confidence at a fundamental level. Taken over several months, it progressively works deeper in this area. However, taking the essence for a week or two may be sufficient to give the required depth of action for the immediate issue at hand.

Period of Action: One week to six months.

Relationship to the Bach Flower Remedy Centaury: Centaury assists the person who is weak-willed and over-anxious to serve others. Possessing a weak self-esteem, the person is too easily influenced, becoming a servant and giving up their own needs to meet those of others. Falling Leaf English Hawthorn goes deeper to resolve much of the low self-confidence and weak will underlying the Centaury picture, producing a lasting transformation.

Dosage Guide:

Adult dosage – Take 3 drops 3 times daily, orally or apply to wrist and gently massage.
