This Falling Leaf Essence helps a person feel good about themselves. It generates a strong sense of self-esteem and releases some of the emotional debris that detracts from one’s self-worth. This self-esteem enables a person to trust their abilities and their intuition rather than continually deferring to other people’s advice. It is an excellent essence to prepare for deeper work on self-esteem either using Falling Leaf or Root Essences. It tends to alleviate physical symptoms that are psychosomatic in nature.

Dosage Guide:

Adult dosage – Take 3 drops 3 times daily, orally or apply to wrist and gently massage.
