Releases Deep Trauma (corresponding Bach flower remedy Red Chestnut)

This Falling Leaf Essence releases many of the effects of early life trauma and abuse from the subconscious mind and from the body. It works especially well for that trauma and abuse which is unconscious, that which the observer might however suspect from body language and other subtle indications. One of the primary effects of this unconscious trauma and abuse is that it sets up a pattern of excessive worry and anxiety in the conscious mind. The mind is troubled but knows not why, therefore it worries about everything. In its extreme presentation, this imagining of the worst can cast its shadow across every area of life and become an obsessive preoccupation. This essence, by releasing much of this abuse and trauma, allows a more relaxed state of mind and a feeling of trust and reassurance concerning life. Whereas, previously, much energy was burned up at a mental level in supporting the worry/anxiety habit, it can now flow to the body where the circulatory and skeletal systems get more energetic support.

Period of action: ten days to four weeks.

Relationship to Red Chestnut: Red Chestnut eases the excessive worries, anxiety and pessimism of the client when those characteristics are most evident. Falling Leaf White Ash goes deeper in clearing much of the trauma and abuse which underlies this pattern of excessive worry and anxiety.
